Ltd. trade name of the products are SUPER STAR as one the leading and faster growing GLS Lamp, Energy Saving Lamp and Electrical Accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh involve in production, sales, marketing and distribution. The product range as GLS Lamp, Energy Savings Lamp, Fluorescent Tube Light, and Electrical Accessories like Insulating Tape, Electrical Switch & Socket (Rose Series/Lotus Series) and Fluorescent Tube Light Fixture.
I. R. Bulb Co. Ltd. is involved an assembling and progressive manufacturing industry set up in the year of 1990 at Narayanganj, Bangladesh with GLS Lamp for near about two decades as well as the CFL plant already set up in the year of 2008 at the same town.
View of GLS Lamp and Switch & Socket factory: The factory is situated within 40000 sqft. area having production line with 3 automatic chain. Production capacity near about 2000 pcs/hr in each chain i.e. total production capacity 6000 pcs/hr. But within 2009 we have intension to include one more automatic chain which having production capacity 2500 pcs/hr. There are 500 personnel working in the GLS Lamp factory including Switch & Socket manufacturing unit.
View of CFL factory: The factory is located adjacent area which having 20000 sqft. 4 storied building. Its has fully automatic assembling unit being set up with all modern facilities to produce good quality product to satisfy all class of end users. The production capacity is near about 1000 pcs/hr. But within 2010 we would like to bring this project in a large scale by setting another automatic assembling unit.
We have some high professional B.Sc engineers like Electrical & Electronics engineer, Mechanical Engineer and some Diploma Engineer who are being maintenance the production line and R&D section. There is a modern laboratory with high quality equipment & performance in the factory to test the lamps as well. There are about 100 personnel working in the CFL factory.
We have been planning and designing exclusive, unique houses and office lighting incorporating all the latest environmental lighting and technological innovations.

With the motivation and support our people and worker we look forward for sustainable growth in our national and in the days to come for global operation with a marketing team of 350 professional personnel with 101 distributors, 80 dealers and 21 own depot offices. By late part of 2009 we are expecting to increase no. of dealers near about 200.
The whole business is not depending on specific areas i.e. whole distribution and marketing network arranged in such a way that our service extended to the remotest areas uniformly in all over Bangladesh. Whenever customer feel they can get product as well as service instantly.
Super Star has a group of dedicated service personal Engineers and Technicians in factory and service centre who are highly skilled and professional give support to produce high quality of products even then this service spread out at every sales premises of the country.
Through out the country we have well organized and systematic network as far as corporate business is concern. A well trained field personnel now being engaged in the corporate and institutional sales to look after a group of customer with full confident and reliability.
